Refund Policy

StartupDrafter is sold by YCA YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. We sell access to our products through Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. Our refund policy is aligned with Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms, which allow all customers to cancel their agreement and return the product within 14 days of purchase.
Merchant of Record
Paddle is the seller of record for StartupDrafter purchases. Paddle charges your payment method, collects applicable taxes, issues receipts, and processes refunds.
Your purchase is subject to Paddle’s buyer terms and refund policy in addition to this policy and our Terms of Service.
14-day cancellation right
You have the right to cancel your agreement and return the product within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day after the date on which you completed your purchase.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your cancellation request before the 14-day period has expired.
How to request a refund
Email yca@startupdrafter.com with subject “Refund request”, your account email, order reference, and purchase date. We will forward your request to Paddle.
Contact Paddle directly for the fastest processing via the “View receipt” or “Request refund” link in your checkout confirmation email, or at https://paddle.net.
Include your order ID and the email address used at purchase where available.
Reimbursement
If your cancellation request is accepted, reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Paddle is informed of your decision to cancel.
Reimbursement will use the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Processing times for funds to appear in your account depend on your payment method and financial institution.
Refunds after the 14-day period
Refunds requested after the 14-day cancellation period may be considered at the sole discretion of Paddle on a case-by-case basis and may be refused.
Paddle may refuse a refund request if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer in relation to products that are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.
Chargebacks
If you do not recognise a charge or wish to dispute a payment, contact Paddle or us before raising a chargeback with your card issuer.
Paddle handles payment disputes according to card-network rules. Chargebacks can result in fees and delays.
