Terms of Service

Last updated: 14 June 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of StartupDrafter, operated by YCA YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing access, or using the service, you agree to these Terms. StartupDrafter provides AI-assisted business planning tools. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or investment advice.

The service

StartupDrafter helps founders capture business context through an AI-guided interview and generate structured business-plan outputs and investor documents. Outputs are drafts for your review; you are responsible for verifying accuracy and suitability before sharing with investors, partners, or authorities.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect; use your judgment.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You agree to provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us promptly at yca@startupdrafter.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your projects and privacy

Projects you create—including interview answers, uploads, generated documents, and chat history—are private to your account. We do not publish, share, or sell your project content to other users or third parties except as needed to operate the service (for example AI processing via our subprocessors) or as required by law.

You control exports and sharing from your workspace. Do not share account credentials; anyone with access to your account can view your projects.

Further details are in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.

Purchases and billing

StartupDrafter sells one-time digital project access and optional token top-ups. There is no subscription unless we explicitly offer one in the product.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates (“Paddle”), which acts as Merchant of Record. Paddle charges your selected payment method, collects applicable taxes, and issues receipts. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle’s checkout terms and privacy policy.

Prices are shown before checkout. Promotional pricing may be limited in time or eligibility. We may correct pricing errors before accepting payment.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record in accordance with our Refund Policy at /legal/refund.

You may cancel your purchase and request a refund within 14 days of the transaction date as described in that policy.

Please contact us before opening a payment dispute so we can help resolve your issue.

Acceptable use

You may use StartupDrafter only for lawful business-planning purposes related to ventures you are building or advising. You may not use the service to generate spam, malware, hate content, or material that infringes others’ rights.

You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems; resell access; or use automated means to extract models or prompts beyond normal product use.

AI features are scoped to your projects. Do not submit highly sensitive personal data about third parties without a lawful basis and their consent where required.

Your content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of inputs you provide (ideas, uploads, interview answers) and outputs generated for your projects, subject to third-party rights in underlying materials.

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit your content solely to operate, secure, and improve StartupDrafter (including sending content to subprocessors such as OpenAI for generation).

We retain all rights in the product, software, branding, and non-customer-specific templates.

Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free AI output, or specific business outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, YCA YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of StartupDrafter.

Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the project giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the event, except where mandatory law prohibits such limits.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless YCA YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ from claims arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or as required by law.

Sections that by nature should survive (including payment obligations incurred, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) survive termination.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms with an updated “Last updated” date. Material changes may also be notified by email or in-product notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
